Greg is a Managing Director for LorCap, Inc. and has over 25 years of real estate experience in asset management, finance, dispositions, leasing, development and acquisitions.

Greg has been instrumental in the structuring and closings of over $3.5 billion of complex real estate transactions. Most recently, Greg has worked as Managing Director for a Private Trust where he led a real estate consortium to strategically reposition and dispose of assets in major Southwestern markets to optimize value and returns to investors. Before this, Greg was an officer for Realty Income Corporation (a REIT on the NYSE), where he served as Associate Vice President of Acquisitions for the Southwestern United States, and as Director of Portfolio Management with responsibility for the strategic asset management and disposition functions for over 600 properties in eighteen states in the Northeastern United States.

Prior to this, Greg worked for many years in various management roles at TrizecHahn Corporation, the largest owner and developer of regional shopping centers in North America at the time. These roles focused on corporate and project finance, dispositions, asset management, leasing and the developments of various landmark real estate projects. These included such high profile properties as Horton Plaza located in downtown San Diego and Hollywood & Highland located in Los Angeles (which includes the Dolby Theatre, formerly known as the Kodak Theater, home of the Academy Awards).

Greg received his BA from the University of California at San Diego, and earned his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of San Diego.
