Raised the debt totaling $58,760,000 on behalf of Cooper Union for 51 Astor Place

For the monetization of a Tax Equivalency Payment pursuant to a 100-year ground lease of a 1.1-acre site in Midtown South.  51 Astor Place was improved with a 400,000 SF Class A office building.  The debt was structured as a bond with payments based upon the projected future tax payments.
